Exclamation Track Bar help!!!

I bought a RC 4.5 add leaf kit n no track bar included anyways the lower pass side of the track bar i guess mounting thing and its screwed up ill take a pic and upload it tomorrow but i just need help solving my death wobble i thought i fixed it when i bought the adjustable track bar and put back into the factory hole now it has a lot of play in it and i need a permanent fix cause im going to wisconsin next month the 18 please help me

If the hole is screwed up in the stock mount you can drill it and the trackbar out and use the next biggest bolt size

would i be able to replace the whole unit and having it professionally welded back on

or weld a washer over the existing hole. or weld another piece of metal over the stock mount and drill a new hole through that so it isnt ovaled out.

i asked the mechanic to do it he did it but i just broke loose again so im stuck inna pickle

for the love of god use some punctuation!
What has come loose? the jamb nut? the bushing? the hole?
There is an adjustable track bar installed now?

It's all fixed now so far no problems it was the bolt and nut
