anyone know the length my track bar should be eye to eye for a 3inch lift

a stock trac bar is fine for 3 inches if lift...

If your buying aftermarket just but an adjustable one

No, the only thing you should be worried about is if your axle is centered.

Your axle will be off center unless you redrill the axle side hole.

Will an uncentered axle drive ok? Sure, mine is a tad off.

Is it desirable? Not really.
