IMO 125 dollars Isn't much money for proper recovery points.
Also X3 to I wouldn't hook up to you with them. I would let someone else and watch from a distance when they go flying.

you need tie in brackets. you cant bolt something like this to the unibody and expect to actually use them, the unibody is WAY too thin. search for cherokee tow hook brackets on here or google... getting them for ~65-70 bucks used is pretty common.

To properly install then you would have to weld them to some plate steel making your own tie in brackets then bolt it on the. Xj however Welding will weaken them

Well he doesn't need to weld those tow hooks to anything, just needs a frame tie-in to bolt onto to disperse the load over more bolts on the unibody. The two bolts aren't gonna fail. The sheet metal is. There are a couple people that have simply bolted tow hooks to the unibody metal, and for straight light pulls this is ok, but it's seriously a safety hazard for any sort of offroad recovery. This is what I made up quick for front recovery, uses the three stock bumper bolts+3 bolts where the swaybar mounts, and has holes for extra(didnt use em)

I'm trying to imagine what that piece at the back attaches to... Does this go on the Passenger side and then that back piece goes under the frame rail for the sway bar?

Yep, that's correct. I was thinking about making a matching drivers side one but never got around to it. Now im just planning a full bumper instead.
