Does that just go into the cowl?

What size PVC did you use?

3 inch pvc and it go to an elbow in the Cowl then like 4 inch tall piece sticking out of the Cowl with a cone filter on top I have a pic of it with the good closed in my albums its apparently to big to upload but I like it a lot I think it looks pretty slick and is totally sealed and very functional but still haven't figured out a hood for the filter but haven't had any issue with rain yet and its been on for months

I don't think they make sched 40 pvc in 3.5" :/

Alright, I did some poking around. Measured the inlet elbow to the factory TB. Its 3" ID, so unless you got a different rubber elbow your tube is 3" OD, which should make the ID 2.5"

I'll measure it tonight but I'm almost certain its 3Id because to my knowledge its measured like conduit where the size they sell it as is the Id but ill measure tonight

And It's the factory rubber elbow and believe me it didn't just slide on the pvc it took some stretching

Like I pointed out earlier, there is no 3.5" made. So its either not PVC sched 40 or its not ID.

And 2.5" sched 40 doesn't fit.

I'm also curious how well that fits over the valve cover. Any rubbing issues?
