ARB cut and welded to make room for 40's on a stretched wheelbase. (front D60 axle moved forward 3" (and rear D70 moved back 3")

Sorry if this is a dumb question. What is the purpose of the large "stinger" on the front bumpers?

When going down an incline should you start to "topple" forward, it will help keep you from flopping on your top. Think of the jeep tipping forward with and without the stinger, thats how i had to think of it.

Cool points and light mounts. That's about it.

Unless you have some 90* approach angle your Jeep isn't going to flip over forward without going 60mph.

The bumper broke 4 lugs off your tire when you jumped it? By lugs I assume you mean part of the tread and not that actual wheel studs...

In that case you needed more bumpstop or modify the sides of the bumper, not replace it...

Warn rockcrawler got off kijiji for 200 bucks , kinda heavy most likely selling soon to get rustys stinger
