looking great ^ im curious as to what you guys are doing about the inside plastic wheel well liners? Ive heard that if you remove them you can get water in the cabin.

I tried an tried to find a way to keep mine in. I was determined not to have to deal with mud an water in the hinges. That lasted all of about a day. Once u take all the support off it the plastic wants to tall down. Looks like crap an in my case kept rubbing the tire. I pulled it out an went with the pool noodle solution. It actually helps keep the fender pushed out a little too. Ill get some pics in a lil bit

Another thing you can do to avoid fender/door gap issues is get a can of the "great stuff" or similar spray foam insulation and a can of black spray, fill the gap in with the foam, and spray it black.

Fun part is when you're done if it looks odd or bubbled out due to expansion, you can take a razor to it and cut it back.

I seriously thought about combining these two ideas. Putting the pool noodle in the inflate a foaming it in. The noodle works pretty well though an I very rarely see mud to begin with.

that is what I use too. altho I have a set pf tabs that keep them secure because i would lose them after every wheeling trip

it is fine on the street and majority of the time on the high way but wheelng they seem to fall out. altho then again the fenders like to take a beating..

Ahh I must be doing something wrong/right cuz body damage is on my no no list lol. Atleast avoidable an intentional body damage. Chit happens but I'm still paying for my jeep lol. Once the last payments made it's on like donkey kong lol

body damage is not something I intently due but i like to run with the bug boys and push my jeep. plus after my jeep was in its roll over now I cringle a little less every time it happens

i also have the pool noodle in my front fender gaps works great never had a problem when them falling out tho. but i also spayed bed liner on them on the inside the wheel well that has seemed to hold them in there pretty darn good id recomend doing that to anyone.......just my 2 cents
