Heres my fender trim. Best pics I have atm. I used the cut and fold method also. I would advise you go slow, the front fender may shake around a bit. Round the edges off of the front, or someone will lose a finger. Cut less than you think on the back, or you wont have anything to "fold" and it WILL separate. I found it actually better if you cut lower on the rear and use hammer, etc. to beat the edges around, it makes a smoother look.

Lookin good guys keep them coming!
I also wanted to add that on mine I beat that dent out of the LR wheel well ment to accommodate the factory spare tire. It was limiting how far I could stuff the LR tire... I wouldn't recommend it unless you are running 33"s or bigger, cause a 32" spare will still fit in the the factory interior mount.

i started on my clearence cutting today, only got to the front fenders though.
here's what i started with, and i traced out how i wanted to cut it with chaulk.

i was hitting on the back of the fender while turning with the 35's

and was hitting the front of the fender under compression with the 32's

i cut it with a small air saw, and here's how it came out

i will hopefully get to the back fenders later this week

Are you guys taping them off before you cut (i did & it worked great)? It will help from chipping the paint during the cut, & give you something to mark your line on!
In the back folds, has anyone found a way to prevent the paint from chipping off?

here is mine overall.
Front fenders are cut by hand with snips. rear is cut above pinch seam, then folded under inner fender, and rear lower quarter is cut.

Here is mine. Did the cut an fold along the rear an originally I cut to the bolt holes on the front. Once I went to swampers I had to trim a couple more inches off. For have any pics of the 2nd cut cuz it was done in camp at an offroad park lol. All done with a cut off wheel an buffing wheel. Not bad for a first attempt. Still have to deal with the spine on the inner front fender an cut an fold the rear quarter.
