Tire rod end
#3
Had the same problem with mine, what I ended up doing was taking the entire thing off the jeep, put it in a vice with a cloth wrapped around it, soaked it in penetrating oil for three days, and took a huge pipe wrench to it, oh and a little heat doesn't hurt. Good luck, and don't tighten the vice so much that it bends the bar.

why does everyone like doing that...its a waste of money your going to spend way over a hundred dollars and when it goes bad u can only replace one end of it or u can either do 1 of 2 thing...buy one of these http://www.ironrockoffroad.com/Merch...egory_Code=PFX or u can build one like i did
And if your paying "way over a hundred dollars" you've been overpaying.
The V8 ZJ tie rod is a great upgrade for 90% of the members here. It works, and is much stronger than the rolled steel OEM garbage that came on the truck.
