This formula seems logical (?)
Pbig/Pst=(Dst/Dbig) x (Wst/Wbig)
Pbig pressure of bigger tires
Pst pressure of standard tires
D diameter
W width

If tire is 10% wider and diameter is 10% bigger, pressure should be dropped 1.1 x 1.1 = 1.21
21%
