Default Tie rod end

I'm trying to replace my tie rod ends but I can't seem to find the ones that fit. I have a 92 cherokee 4wd.
There is a number on the tie rod that reads 18050.58 and the number on the drag link reads 18050.57. Can anyone help me out with this?

Thanks:
TJ
