Is there a quick release door for a xj? Or something you can do so you can take off the doors faster?

Cut your hinges like this: (depending on year)

And make disconnects for your wires going to the door. I can take all 4 off and quick as I can walk around the Jeep and lift up.

Nope. I have a 94 sport too. If you do it right there shouldn't be any problems.

So basically just take off the door and cut the bottom or the Hinge off so it slide in and out?

Sure. If you unbolt it the chances of it not lining up perfectly again are higher.

The pins need to be pressed out and driven into the door on the passenger side.

There are a few really good write-up's about the doorless mod on here, just use the search function.

They're splined and pressed into the door from the bottom. You have to cut the hinge, press the pin out, and then round off the bottom of the pin and the splines them beat it into the door so it's like the drivers side.

I just did this two weeks ago and I've gotta say I'm loving it! My plan is to make some half doors at some point for wheeling. But for just cruising around town its great.

I have power everything so I had to make some quick connects out of grand Cherokee door harnesses.
