Default Is there actually a difference?

Just checking out eBay for a header and I noticed some manufactuerers say there's will fit up to 99 and others say up to 01. Did something legit happen in the 00 and 01 body or engine compartment that would pose a problem for the other header not to fit?
Thanks

00 and 01 manifolds are split manifolds and have another 02 sensor I believe.
