OK any xj 8.25/d44/d35 will bolt right into your rig.

mine are not bolt on i have a bigger bracket welded on my axle which will need too be cutt off and welded back on

Unless you have a trussed rear axle or coils in the rear I don't see what would need to be welded on an 8.25.

Let's make this easier. Take pictures of the rear end. Post them.
If your axle is welded to anything other than coils or a truss. You have more issues then this thread can help.
