T-case strong enough?
I have a 231j tcase right now. I plan on running d60 and 14 in rear or d60 rear. Do you think my t case will be strong enough to handle the big axles on 37s?
also what does the J mean (NP231J)

j for jeep
d for dodge
HD for HD one.
and yes it will be fine, I would recommend the HD upgrade (bigger chain)
but you will be fine

Can't say I've ever heard that before. I've got a few friends running them too.
I've installed some of them and see no reason why they would leak if installed properly.
Some applications do require an additional seal.
