Synergy XJ Track Bar Bracket & Brace Kit
Can anyone vouch for this kit? I can't find any specs on what lift it fits.

Well since we are talking about track bars and mounts anyone know of a axle mount upgrade. I just installed my utk 1 ton and I noticed the bolt was loose and it seemed to be wallowed out.

Clayton offroad has the option for a larger bolt on the axle side. I have one on my jeep and love it. Really tightened everything up in the front compared to the iron rock bar I had on there before. You have to drill the hole out to 9/16" and it fixes the wallowed out hole right up.

On my cousin's ZJ we welded a piece of plate to the stock mount with the proper sized hole and it fixed it. Very simple and cheap fix.

I still can't find any specs on what size lift this will accomodate but the brace and drop look beefier than most other kits I've found. It does include a larger bolt for the axle mount that needs to be welded into place. I ordered one with the accompanying track bar and it should show up today so I'll report back after I get it installed.

Very nice. Good luck. I purchased a iron rock double shear track bar mount instead but ended up not using it cause the geometry of my current setup is pretty good. I had really bad death wobble but after torquing everything down again and an alignment and balanced tires. I no longer have it.

Well, I'm impressed. I got everything on in under 2 hours last night including a driveway/string alignment afterwards. I haven't taken it out on the trails yet but on the road the handling and tracking feel exceptionally better.
I used to have a shake at 45mph- certainly not a death wobble and I could make it stop easily but it was somewhat annoying. The small-diameter bolt that mounts to the axle side would occasionally wiggle loose and I had already reinforced that area with gussets after the stock holes wallowed out. The extra gusset that Synergy supplied was supposed to go in front, but since I had already reinforced that area so much I instead welded it to the inside. Now, with a 9/16" bolt in there, I feel much more confident about that link and how much I can torque it down.
The parts are very well built and the welds superb. I was really impressed with how well everything went together and how much integrity that cross-brace adds. It also made track bar adjustment easier. Everything was painted well and the correct hardware was supplied. The instructions were only ok- there isn't any guidance on re-centering your axle and it mentions "torque all bolts to spec" but the torque specs aren't in the instructions...
Bump steer? Nada. Zip. I have no more shaking in the steering wheel and my suspension responds to those abrupt bumps at 75mph without trying to drift left or right. The steering feels like it's more responsive too. I'd recommend this kit.
