If it only hits on one side and you grind it to clear I'd be very concerned the splines are not centered. I'd contact the manufacture.

I just did a 5.5 RE long arm kit with a rugged ridge Sye and got a tattons drive shaft for it a couple of weeks ago , after I installed it I had a vibration like crazy from 20mph on up ! I called tattons told him my problem he said to send it back I had decided against doing that as I was in a hurry so I sent the jeep to Powertrain industries ( they are right down the street from me) I had them rebalance the shaft reinstall it with no change, we ended up balancing the drive shaft with the yoke from rugged ridge installed on the drive shaft and that fixed all my vibration. I would bet rugged ridge probably gets the yoke from china so I wouldn't be surprised if the yoke is the problem.

Why?
Lay them side by side on a table and you can't tell the difference.
