Recently dropped my trans,
Bad enough to vibrate the 2 huge bolts that hold the rubber trans mount to the trans, out a good 1/2" each

SYE will be able to wait if you already have a tcase drop.

I'd advise you do the hack n tap SYE (from Iron Rock Offroad) and put the factory crossmember back in (get that ground clearance back)

Yeah I only plan on use the IRO hack n tap. I no longer have the factory crossmember. I have the rustys crossmember with the TC drop that doesn't lose you any ground clearance.
Using the hack n tap and TC drop won't hurt though will it? I'm assuming it won't.

94 here with 4.75 inches front 4.5 rear, transfer case drop no sye and no vibes. Just because one guy has bad vibes doesn't mean you will, he may have another unknown issue that contributes to the problem that you don't have. It seems to be hit and miss.
