SYE help with 6.5 RC lift
Hey guys Im in the process of installing a 6.5 inch lift. In the rear I'm using 4.5 rough county full leaf packs with 2" shackles. I already purchased the IRO hack n tap. My question is are the supplied degree shims sufficient enough or will I have to re shim them with this set up? And is anyone running this as well

alight well the jeeps sitting on all fours and i took some measurements last night in preperation for cutting. I measured 33 3/4" from the flats of the yoke to the output shaft and it only leaves me with just about 1/2" of splines. should i just cut it so theres an 1.25" of splines left? and my pinion seems to be pointing pretty much right at the output shaft altough i do not have a gauge to see what exactly my pinion angel is really at.

Oh lol I'll have to check tonight after work but I think I found the answer here
http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f11/i...-good-1276671/
They say as long as I have 1" of splines left I'm fine I will most likely have to cut down the yoke as well

So I just called iron rock and they said that I need to leave an 1.5" of splines and i will have to get a custom drive shaft. I'm so confused now

Well measured the shaft compressed and extended then remeasure the length from the pinion to the output with 1.25 splines and turns out I will be fine
