Default Sye drive shaft

Are there any drive shafts in the JY or out of another vehicle that could or would work?
I have a 1998 Cherokee classic. It's not lifted yet but for future reference. I'd like to know?

yea u have a couple options, but it all matters on what tranny, t-case, and lift size you have. usually you can pull one off the front of an auto cherokee and it will fit, if you have 4.5" or less. in my case i have a 6.5 with a manual (shorter transmission then the auto bu about 1 inch) so i used a grand cherokee front shaft and converted it to a u-joint style. the only way you will know what fits is to measure when you put the SYE on
