Should I be able to grab the sway var and pull it i've to the driver side?

Proof read your post. Its garbage.

You should not be able to move the sway bar in any direction, though.

What should I replace the bushing?? I have a 3 inch lift with adjustable lowers

Replace whatever is allowing it to move in unwanted directions.

Or do what I did and remove it.

I don't have either.

I wouldnt remove it for a DD. Mine moves and i have no problems. My bushings are shot but it still serves its purpose. P.S come to the nevada jeep event the 24-25

The sway bar should only move up and down never side to side.Its probably the bushings or mounts whatever they call the part that holds the bar on to the body.Or the end links they look hook to the ends of the sway bar and have rubber bushings on them.
