Can you get gears in the 4:27 ratio?
Mine is same wheel/lift combo and I run 4:10. According to the charts this is the ratio that gives your speedo the correct info after going to a larger tire.
It works well for me. Gas mileage is down about 10%. Bigger rotating mass will do that. Engine runs in the same RPM range it did with the stock 225/75R15's. Occasionally has to kick down when climbing hills on the highway.
I'd like to try 4:56 but installing those get real expensive in a hurry. It would cost me about $1200 to change. I got both axles with 4:10 with a Detroit True Trac (in back) for about $300. I'm cheap that way.

I run 33's and a set of 35's on beadlocks, run 4.56 best for the 33's but work OK with my 35's.
You will have a problem with a 10" wide wheel when you air down for off road use of losing the bead, need no more than an 8" wide wheel for a 12:50 tire. My 33's and 35's are both 12:50's on a 15x8" wheel.

I run a 15x10 with my 12.50s and I run 8-10psi in all 4 when on rocks and I've never popped a bead. I'm not saying it's impossible to pop a bead, but it depends on what you ask of that tire before it popped. I also believe the sidewall has something to do with it.

4.56 gear - If going 35's later 4.88 but that gear is not as strong as a 4.56, something to think about.
PS: At 75 miles a day, I would be looking for an economical cheap Daily Driver, its not only the gas the jeep uses, but the cost of wear and tear on tires, front end parts, u-joints, etc. etc....
