I know this has probably been discussed a lot but i'm a bit of an idiot when it comes to finding things. Maybe someone can point down the right path.

I have a 91 XJ that I want to convert from idiot lights to gauges. I have a latter model (95?) inst panel with speedo, tach, oil, amp, temp oil and gas gauges. Will this work in my rig? If so then tell me what needs to be done to make it function correctly. I know it's more than just plug and play.

when I swapped mine it was plug and play other than needing the temp sender and oil press sender for the "gauge" and not the dummy.

Mrshaft696, I tried that as well but not with any success. If that's all that was needed then I suspect I have another issue. This entire system along with motor, tranny, axles etc. is transplanted into a 1956 *****'s pickup.
Do you know where I can get my hands on a decent wiring schematic
