Information center showing diver side door ajar

Information center showing diver side door ajar
My 1994 Jeep Grand Cherekee Limited information center is indicating driver side door is ajar. The interior lights are out when door is closed. I already replace the door ajar chime switch by door jam. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Just search the threads here about "VIC". This is the info center.
Often after many miles there are failed soldered connections inside.
Carefully remove your dash, then the VIC, then open the case. Very carefully de-solder, then re-solder the cracked/faded solder joints.
I will be doing this and the rear brake lamp sensor(part of the VIC) soon and plan to take pictures. Maybe in the next week or two.
