Suspension Hits a lil hard
So over the past while I've noticed a change in my jeep. The back end seems to hit really really hard, to the point that it makes me cringe when I drive over sewer covers and small pot holes. Is it time to swap out my OEM shocks? or is it possible for it to be something with my leaf springs. I'm running a 3 inch puck lift and a 3 inch suspension on 32 inch tires 20psi. Any insight would be great.

Hows your rear springs? If they are really saggin, your shocks could be bottoming out.
Check your upper shock mounts they could be loose and your shocks are smacking against your fender well. I had this exact same issue with about the same lift and that's all it was.
