Suggestion on safari rack

Im looking into a safari rack for my 97 cherokee. Its the base models, so no rails and just has rain guard(I believe thats what its called). Any ways, I want something that can carry a hi lift jack and 32 inch spare. Also what are my options when I want a ski rack? Thank you

if it were me...i would wait to see what JCR offroad comes up with they are in the works on something right now.. and i'm sure it will be decently priced
