For $275, you can get a lot more for your money in the used market. If you are going new, that will only get you entry level gear. The equipment you have there is really crappy stuff - basically the bottom of the barrel. Those power ratings are Laugably inflated. The Boss amp only has 40 amps worth of fusing, using Ohms Law, that means at 14.4 volts off your alternator and assuming 100% efficiency from your amp (which is impossible) the most you could have is 576 watts. I doubt it even makes half that much power. It's important not to get caught up in the ***** measuring wattage wars. 2500 watts is WAY MORE than a daily driven system needs. Regardless, if you wanted to run 2500 watts in your cherokee you'd need to do some electrical upgrades.
I'm wondering why you think the amp has to be mono? You could easily wire a 2 or four channel amplifier up to run a pair of subwoofers. Often more economically than if you had purhcased a mono "Subwoofer specific" amplifier.
If you could stretch your budget a small amount, and if you want semi reliable consumer level products, I'd get something like this for an amplifier:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/PRECISION-PO...item51976c3763
$139 shipped and you will get an honest 250+ watts per subwoofer.
Then I would get these:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-INFINITY-R...item27bdcbd1c9
$152 shipped.
I've used these before and had great results. They'll run awesome off of 250-300 watts. They really don't need much power to get low and they sound pretty decent doing it. A great budget option that will also be reliable.
Wire each sub to a pair of bridged channels and you should be feeding them the exact amount of power to run them best.
From the way you've worded your posts, I'm assuming you already have wiring and the box for the subwoofers or you arent' including those items in your budget. Make sure the wiring is a minimum of 8awg (real 8awg, not that crap you buy on ebay for $12.50 for a wiring kit) and that the box is appropriately sized and constructed according to the manufacturer's specs (I've used them in 1.25 cubic foot sealed enclosures with great success)
Hope this was helpful, more than happy to help any further if I can.

Other subwoofer options:
Polk DB - you'd need to buy 2 at this price
http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-POLK-AUD...item519ab9a1f5
Boston Acoustics G112-4
http://cgi.ebay.com/2-BOSTON-ACOUSTI...sQ5fEnclosures
Kicker Comp
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-NEW-KICKER...item5adec48383
Honestly, out of all of these those Infinity's are still the best. High efficiency and high power handling compared to all of these.
Whatever you do, if you go with that amp make sure that the subwoofers are single 4 ohm voice coil or you will have impedance matching problems.

Yeah I have changed my mind on my subs and amp. And found a 4 awg wording kit.. And I got a ported box for free....note toned Down my system. For a sound storm fd12(I think it was a 1000w) And sound storm swk 4 amp.(2000w)...guys I know my stuff is bottom barrel but that's all I can do. Just doing my best....jw a 2000w amp bridged at 2oms gets 1000rms will that work on my 1000w sub. That has 500 rms

A mono amp is the single channel to drive the sub.
If you wanted to amplify your speakers, you can do it, but you would need a 2 or 4 channel amp.
I wouldn't buy electronics on ebay.
What kind of music do you listen to? If you want it to sound "good" I would save a little more money. You can do a single 12in sub with a 300wrms that is higher quality for <$200. Do you need two 12s? A single 12in sub at 300wrms is still loud as **** in a sealed box. If you were to put it in a ported or bandpass box I'm pretty sure hearing loss would be in your near future.

I listen to rap... But more dubstep. And my box has 2 sections devideing the subs to there own "box". But its a ported box its got 2 huge rectangular ventsfor each sub. And those subs I want are. 500W rms each. On a 2000w mono amp. Bridge to 2ohms. Also have dual voice coil...and I'm not to worried about hearing loss. 2 Subs @ 500wrms can't be that loud in a ported box.

I listen rap. And lots of dubstep. And more bass tests. Uhhmm the subs I'm looking at is 1000w a peace with 500wrms. In a huge *** ported box (the sub specs. Fit my box). And I'm going to run a 2000w amp at 2ohm which puts out 1800w to the bridged subs.and they have a sensitivity of 96db.
So how loud is 500wrms going to be on my 1800w 2 ohm set up?..
