Let me ask you this... What modifications would i need if any to use a head from a high output motor? Seems to me the only difference in the " low output " and the high output are the heads. I know it is recommended to use the later model heads when building a stroker.
Do you have a renix? If so i'd recommend doing this, just for the simplicity of it

Things will be at a stand still on the motor untill i get to indiana. I did however fabricate a bracket for my passenger seat to fit in my jeep. I got some bucket seats out off a 1998 chrysler sebring. Dark gray vinyl looks pretty good so far might have to take the seat hight down a little but hey its custom. I'll try and remember pics

Going to get a set of dana 44 axles out of a waggy in the morning and scoop up a head and injector harness from a high output jeep. Is there anything else i might need to take home from the high output ?

So i got the dana 44's front and rear out of a 1988 wagoneer with a 360 v8 and spotted a grand cherokee with the high output I6. My question is, what else do i need after i pull what i want. I plan on getting the head and injector harness, the fuel rail was missing already unless i'm completely blind. Please feel free to throw in sugestions. Meanwhile i will search web some more.

The rollers aren't that big of a deal. Once they are set and the break in period is done I'll do a valve check and reset accordingly. I want to do rollers because i will eventually be installing a turbo down the the road but thats after i get all the sensors and computer mapping done. I want to make sure that i have my six covered for the installment of the turbo, rollers will help alot with the boost/gains. Dragsters want less weight - I want less friction with my setup to sustain a higher RPM at longer durations.

What were some of the problems you experienced and or why do you think an overhaul is bad? Just want some insight, like i said I'm all ears.
I think junky meant to say. 030" over. Ill post up a few pics later of mine. Im using Chevy LT1 valves and springs on a ported head and a 4.0 block bored .030 over with 4.2 crank and rods and Comp cams 68-232-4 camshaft.
