I have head from a 93 cherokee with the high output , can they be installed a 1990 with out the high out put ? whats involved ?

 

Yes. Depeding on if you take the intake or not you may have to buy some adapters for the tps and iac I think. The renix manifold will fit but the runner size s are not the same as the ports on the head. No huge deal though, it should work that way, though I would think that all that effort to squeeze some extra ponies out would be pointless if you use the renix stuff.

 

you can port the renix manifold to the same size as the HO head runners. I did it with my old 87. It might have given me one more horsepower so it was really a waste of time on my stock engine.

 

Just use a Renix intake/exhaust gasket and your manifolds and you'll be fine.
