idk, i know it sounds dumb but on my rc car which is the onlything i had a problemb with this on, i got stiffer springs in the back. dont know if this would apply for a full size truck unless your springs are wore out or if you have aftermarket ones. if not atleast you got half the answer. also check all the stablizing components

Does it just lean or pull to one side?

Do you still have your sway bars? I drove for a few days with no front sway and mines did the same thing when I womped on it.

Make sure your tires are all inflated to the same pressure. Maybe one of your drum brakes over adjusted too. Worn bearings? Bad alignment? I'm just throwing stuff out now

I got a new one for you. Check your drivers side motor mount. Ill put money on it that yours is bad, allowing the engine to have more movement than normal.

I'm still confused on what your asking. Does your jeep LITERALLY pull to one side? (turns right slightly while driving down the road) Or does the BODY just kinda bump to one side (i.e. the body moves, but the jeep tracks straight down the road)

It's kinda like asking "How long is a piece of string?"
