Stock vs Moly Dana 30 Axle Shafts?

I run 35/12 50/15 BFG KM2s on my Heep. I have a Aussie up front with stock shafts. I beat on it pretty good at times & have only managed to break 2 passenger side axle shafts.
I have come to the conclusion that the ears get tweaked under load, oblonging them, then spitting the caps out resulting in the ears shearing off.
I think it would be wise for anyone to tack weld the caps on as cheap insurance.
Junk yard shafts are cheap & plentiful. I grabbed a pair & am 1/2 way done with the 760 joint upgrade.
Can't wait to see how these hold up.

I am getting ready to build my 95 2 door sport 5 speed, the question I have is will my d30 hold up to 35s open dif with stronger stock spline count shafts ? I am generally a good driver and not super rough on things
