stuff... my vac ball was not hooked up to anything, so took it off. the triangle brace things just got unbolted...one horn came off and i flipped the other one up in....trimmed the well liner and zip tied all the wires up. ill put pics up then

 

Not a true stubby but I like it.I move the vac. ball under the blower motor.

 

this is what i plan on doing untill i can find a nice bumper for cheap on craigslist.
