An adjustable track bar is necessary if you have a lift. Stock one doesn't really cut it. But if there are other worn components (like your ball joints), an adjustable track bar isn't going to miraculously solve it.
yea that was my next fix....i drilled a new hole for the stock track bar and i think i made the hole to big so it still might have play which might cause it...thanks for the help much appreciated

Ok so I dont have a video of what was happening but it was the same thing. And no ot was not vibrations. let me describe what was happening. Once I got to the speed of 30mph the car would shake. Once I hit the speed of 40mph the car no longer rolled down the road but bounced down it. And I never said that engine torque has anything to do with the suspension. The reason this happens is because the motor mount is not holding the engine therefore the engine can move up and down. At the speed of 40 the engine shakes causing the frount end to shake and bounce not vibrate.

At 3" of lift with stock control arms, should caster be a problem? I am also chasing the death wobble.

i have that set up...look to see if your lower ball joint is positioned in front of your upper ball joint..that is what you want. you can get shims for the control arms to fix that problem or extended control arms...is your track bar good?
