Steering stabilizer
As far as stabilizers, their all pretty similar, it kinda comes down to cost. TeraFlex and Skyjacker have em for around 50 bucks, OME has one for like 80 and I think RE has one for like 35-40

Get the one with the prettiest sticker. Or get a boot with a color you like to brighten it up down there.
Well, if you don't mind living with the wandering for two months... Don't know if you'll see serious tire wear or anything. Wouldn't say that puts any additional stress on any components in particular either. If you're not seeing death wobble and don't mind the "wandering", then you should be okay to wait.
Another thing you could do as a temporary fix is re-drill the factory track bar to the right of the stock hole (about 1/2 - 3/4 of an inch over) and remount it. That should help center it. But keyword is TEMPORARY. This is a crappy way to go about it, but it'll work short-term.

More-so the toe adjustment. Caster doesn't affect tire wear like toe/camber will. Adjusting caster is like tipping the axle back or fourth in relation to the ball joints, if that makes sense.

I know it's toed in good. About the caster, I think it's as close to original as possible.
