Hopefully others will chime in and help you. I'm having work-time pressures and can't spend much time posting on forum for a while.

Quote: Depends on your budget. V8Vzj tie rods are a direct swap. If your wallet is fat and needs lightening, you can look into currie steering.
LOL. Dont have a fat wallet

Quote: Since it tracks straight almost without using steering wheel, it sounds like your castor is good. i.e. - sounds like your lower control arms length is good.

Offcenter steering wheel sounds to me like trackbar is to short for amount of lift. Does your front axle look properly centered under vehicle, or does it look offcentered?

Let's tackle one problem at a time. Stand in front of the Jeep from about 7 to 10 meters. Does the front axle look centered or offcentered under the Jeep? Look at the tires relative to fenders-body is the easiest way to check visually.
Have you checked this yet? Please visually check it and report back.

If you read this thread, does it sounds like he's going to know what that is, how to do it, or be able to afford it?

Less complicated, more affordable solutions are what he needs. IMO

Quote: There are lots of kits out there but you really need to decide if you want tie rod ends or heim joints ends. I want better steering but wanted to use tie rod ends but also wanted high steer and better brakes so the WJ swap is the route I am going. Just about have have all the parts here.
The jeep is my main daily driver so not sure which will be the best. Heim or tie rod? I think tie rod. Cant see a UK website selling heim.

Looks very nice and the price isnt to bad. The problem Im having is you guys have all the best kit. Here in the UK we mainly have crown and thats it.

heres an example https://jeepey.com/product/heavy-dut...trgcr3rt21006/

Im finding that unless the parts I want are on Ebay with the global shipping programme, its gonna cost to get things shipped over.

I recently perchased a muffler and tail pipe off a US Ebay site, (A Walker exhaust). It was cheaper doing that than ording a Mopar exhaust from Italy.

Lower control arm isn't stock. Steering is. The crown HD steering is the same quality as zj steering. Just more expensive

From what I can see Crown HD steering is my only option here in the UK.

I was just saying. If you have an auto parts store near you, you may find zj steering for cheaper and have the same strength. Zj meaning grand cherokee from 93-98. V8 That is.
