I'm looking to upgrade my 91's steering, what Durango has the swappable steering box? And any other suggestions with beefing up the steering other than stiffeners.

The durango box and the currie steering box brace will be doing the turning on my 3/4ton D44 with 37s. i will probally step up and go to hydro assist during the build also. What size shoes you planning on running? thats going to make the biggest difference as to what u need/want out of your steering components

 

Does it matter what year or model Durango?
I'm keeping my XJ street legal staying on 33s.
I have a K5 with hydraulic front and rear steering. I hate hydro in the mouth.

99 durango or dakota is your best bet.
but not all had a steering box, some had a rack. so you gotta keep looking.
