Default Spectre Cowl Air Intake

What else do I need for this? Is there anything I need to buy with this?

Nope. It comes with everything hardware wise. You just need the tools. You will need a 3" hole saw bit to go through the firewall- A screwdriver and socket set to tighten it all up. That's it. Where are you buying it from?

I needed some hose from the parts store because mine didn't come with that fancy (I think its ugly) SS breather hose and the rubber hose they sent was too big in diameter.

I was thinking about getting this intake. Is it noisey in the cabin? Do you notice any kind of power gains?

I purchased mine through Summit Racing. At the time they were the cheapest and had free shipping. Everything was in the box that was on the parts list. I haven't installed it yet. How easy is it to service the filter?

Hmmm, honestly I kinda like that sound. As far as air flow and air temp goes, do you think a cowl snorkel or a conventional snorkel would be better?

Added this to my wish list. I like the idea much better than a snorkel sticking up on the roof since I never plan to go through water that deep anyway.
