I just installed a spartan locker in my Dana 30 it's junk I'm sending it back and getting a lock rite

 

WHY?

 

It wont unlock after triple checking !!! 7 hours of assembling and reassembling just won't work bangin goin forward to the left and bangin in reverse to the right just won't mother lovin work sending it back ! Garbage!

 

never heard of any one with issue been thinking about getting one sorry to hear this...

It was installed right 3 times there is just something wrong with it ... The tire will only ratchet one way and will not unlock itself

spacers in correctly? you removed the shims for the spiders?

 

x2 check the shims from the spiders

 

Thrust washers are out spacers are in correctly and when I drive left and forward it bangs and when I go right and forward it ratchets fine ... When I go backwards and left it works properly and when I go right and backwards it bangs really bad

 

I have locking hubs, So I have no idea how it would or "should" act in the front diff on a stock setup... (someone should chime in who has one)

same size tires? both have the same psi of air? one going low?

 

Brand new 33 " bfg all terrais same air pressure .. I'm clueless
