I currently have 4 inch bs rims with 315/75 r 16 and in the rear my tires contact the inner fender. So here is the question, who uses spacers and is there any real evidence that supports the destroying bearings in short time?
I'm looking to get some 1.25 spacers maybe. Pics of different sizes with bs would be nice.

That's where I'm at, just seeing if there is anything credible going the other way.
I'm also looking for pics of people with different size and brand spacers installed.

I'm not sure what more you are looking for? There is no difference between spacers or using wheels with less backspacing - absolutely none. Your hub bearings aren't smart enough to know whether you got spacers or not, so they aren't going to freak out and start wearing out faster because you bolted some spacers on.
Now, with wheels that are already at 4" BS, and adding 1.25" spacers, you are effectively running wheels with 2.75" BS. That is going to put the weight and rolling resistance of your tires pretty far out there, and could very well cause your bearings to wear out faster (I can't say for certain, but physics would tell me that the stress is greater, so therefore wear would be too).
