Default smog and after market muffler?

Will I fail because of a magna flow or flowmaster?

I thought it only had to do with the cat? I don't think I've seen a CA specific muffler... Maybe I just need to pay more attention haha

Aftermarket muffler does not matter, unless the welds suck and let in too much air.

My friend just said braising would be better? And can anyone confirm the CA specific muffler?

IIRC it needs a CARB sticker (not 100% sure about the muffler, but I know you do for a header for example), making the exhaust component cost 10x more than anywhere else. Good luck in your travels.

I guess it's just pre-cat that requires a CARB sticker. You should be fine with a muffler.
