I'm posting bc I'm unsure too. Don't you need a new rear drive shaft after this?

I thought it was a new front drive shaft.

You only need it if you get vibes after a lift. mine is a 92 with 6.5" of lift. I have no vibes and no sye. However I do have a tcase drop and a shimmed rear axle. however the 1996+ xjs are more prone to vibes and may need a sye starting out with about 4" of lift.

It's not just for vibes.
