shocks for 3-5'' lift?
Looking to get some shocks for my xj. I have a 3'' kit installed, but I may use a spacer and shackle to get to 4.5'', and I want shocks that will work with both lift heights. If I get the shocks below, can I use them for 3'' until I get the 4.5'' on?

It says 5-6, but can it be used with 3''?
And does the xj use the same shocks front and rear?
Also, if 4 of those skyjackers will not work, can anyone reccomend a specific set of shocks around $100-150 for me?

You are likely to bottom out the shock. But if u bumpstop and make sure the shock isn't doing the stopping then ur fine. I would say if u have short arms and don't wheel it hard u will be ok.
And front and rear shocks are different. Front has a stem top while rear has a metal bar going through bushing on top.
