Default Shift points/bored throttle body

Would my shift points be off after I put on my bored throttle body?

The TCU shouldn't know that the TB is bored.

Kick down cable and TPS adjusted correctly?

At first me not paying attention... I took it for a drive and the gas pedal wouldn't go past half. I'm like WTF! Go back home and durr never set the clicks. But it still doing the same thing. Goes from 1st to 2nd seems quick same as 2nd to 3rd. Idk. But there's no slack in the cable
