Default shackle relocation 0-.5"gain?

im hoping to get some more down travel out of my rear end so i am thinking of doing a shackle reloction kit and some type of longer shackles.
has anyone ran either the rough country or liquid iron industries shackle relocation boxs good vs bads? is it possible to achieve 0-.5" of lift doing so? also how big of a shackle could i run without getting any more height?

Yeah my rc relocators gave me way more than advertised. I'm about to remove them because my rear end is too much higher than the front :/

Hd Offroads offers about an inch of lift once installed. Atleast that is what he told me when I asked him.

I needed mine. I added boomerangs as well to have the rear slightly higher than the fronts. I also have about 300lbs of gear in the back + 100lb spare + 75lb bumper. All that weight was making my rear leaves sag pretty good.

My RC gave me 1.5" lift.

Just for those who are looking at Rough Country Shackles Relocation Bracket, they DON'T work with stock shackles.

Tim at liquid iron industries told me theirs add 0-2" depending on which hole you use
I'll be using the JKS 5" boomerangs as well. Should be a good setup

guess it all depends on what 'cha got.

with my RE 2700 shackles middle hole gave me at the most 1/2".
i didn't measure before or after, but going by my calibrated eyeball...
0-1/2" lift.

rides and droops much better and no they don't hit the relocation brackets.
YMMV
