hey guys hows it going, so last night i was at a buddys house and we went wheeling up the road from his house, needless to say i sunk the jeep to the frame. winched my self out and continued on my way, once we got up out of the woods and onto the road, when i get it up to 35-40 mph it shakes like hell. the faster i go the worse it gets. i did notice my track bar has a little bit of slop in it jiggling from front of the jeep to the rear on the bolt on the axle. before going wheeling, i would only get this when i would be doing 75-80 and hit a huge pothole or big bump in the road.
can someone give suggestions to what this could be?
i have a 4.5" RC lift with stock track bar and steering stabilizer.

Look 1st to mud in your rims and tires throwing the balance off. 2nd to removing play in the track bar. Look for mud in the axle tubes, did anything get bent in the steering systems while winching. Do you have a bit of toe in, need about 1/16th toe in. What shape is the front driveshaft universals in. Is your double cardigan joint packed with mud?If your track bar is stock with 4.5" lift, you may need to relocate the mount hole down at the axle, you can redrill about 3/4" to the driver side.
By the way, nice XJ.

Okay my track bar is bad I'm ordering a new one. Also Sway bar bushings and a new steering stabilizer shock. Everything else on the front end looks good.

x2 on the checking for mud in wheels etc., I had a 98 that had DW terrible, and I aligned it and re-balanced the wheels and it was gone, my 99 had it also at about 40mph but it would go away if I sped up. Turns out the frame was cracked behind the steering box allowing for flex. Plated the frame on both sides with 3/16 in. clear past springs and built a steering box brace and problem was solved.
