Has anybody done it? I am speaking of something similar to this

I have searched around and ones like that are around $400. Don't think I want to spend that kind of money on one but I don't want my AR just sitting there free to move wherever.

 

I too have wondered about this. although that one pictured is nicer than the systems I have found online. who is the Mfg.?

 

I have been thinking about building a rack where they stand up in the back on driver side , so it can mount to old spare tire carrier. There will be more than one gun when we go hunting.

 

I believe that one is made by progard. There were only a couple of manufacturers i found thay make them.
