Anybody have any experience with the XHD seats? I have a busted drivers side front. I pulled it apart and see it has been welded before. Since the padding is bad anyway, I don't want to put money into repairing and possibly reupholstering. I've seen posts about replacing a XJ with WJ seats, and that's a great option. I just don't have the resources here in Arizona; jeep parts hard to come by. So I'm ok with replacing with a no mod/bolt in option.

Ive bought two sets of racing seats off Ebay. They actually are not bad at all. My last set went through hell via drunken army buddies/dogs/wheeling trips and still lasted up till this year (bought this Jeep in 2008). They no longer decline/have a few rips. (They seriously were abused)
The new ones I got look to be a little better quality and are a little more comfortable. They are available in virtually every color/pattern. The only thing that sucks is they all mount differently so you have to fabricate a bracket that will work in the XJ. Not hard if you have access to a welder- Takes all of an hour.
I think I paid 200 shipped for the set and mine are the "DNA" brand. I love how much better the racing seats hold you in place when you are bouncing around so whatever route you go, get some!

I will say that Morris is a good place to buy stuff from. I haven't bought much from them but my father (JK)/grandfather(TJ) both do quite frequently and even the big stuff ships quick. They price match too!

I love Morris too. Supper fast shipping and competitively priced. Although, I've emailed them multiple times about matching prices and they never contacted me back.

What's this about a Rebate? I wasn't aware of any "rebate". I paid full price. What do I need to do?
Go to the link posted by Morris on the previous page of this thread. There is a yellow bar on the product listing with the downloadable rebate form. Fill it out and send it in. Looks like it is 5% of the purchase price.
