Hey guys can I get this sander

http://www.harborfreight.com/6-in-du...der-68152.html

And then use like these pads on that sander?

I will be bedlining my jeep here in several weeks, what's the best way to sand it?

Are you bed lining the whole thing? Or just the rockers?

Nice I've seen that done before. Tons of work but at least when you scratch it up on the trails it's easier to patch up. As far as the sanding goes though, you just need to rough up the surface so the Berliner sticks

That would be way too time consuming. Get an automatic one. I'm sure any sander will do the trick. Just get the right sandpaper

when you sand you want to sand until you see that you are sanding the paint ( whatever color your jeep is in the dust). you wanna make sure you get through the clear coat. other that just keep it smooth.

Have you bought this stuff yet? Well either way you should rethink it I can say from personal experience it's not that good. You should use upol raptor or monstaliner

I've heard that. But I don't want to pay a whole lot, and I don't really want to roll it on. Is there a bedliner that I can put in a spray gun?

You can spray both of those. I personally would rather spend a lot and not have it look like ****. Bed liner is not like paint you can't go back from it and if it looks bad well then you're screwed and you can do it for 300 bucks or so

i wouldn't bother with that sander for your needs. it's good for smoothing out filler or feather edging, but to sand your whole jeep with that, you would need a compressor the size of your jeep with a rating of 12-20cfm just to keep it going.

i would just block sand your jeep by hand.

That is what I've decided on,
