What are your opinions about rustys stuff? Is it going to be better than the skyjacker 3" (i think softride) coils? and what is a better track bar to go with? Thanks

Imo, the Rustys stuff is better. Plus its made in the U.S. and rusty is a big xj guy.

And the track bar, I'd go with a double sheer adjustable one.

Rustys springs has gotten better. I've had his 4.5 springs for 3 years now. No sagging and the bushings are still in good shape.

I agree with getting the adj. double sheer trac bar. Check out Iron rock.

I'm on a pretty tight budget right now.. Could I just get an adjustable track bar and later upgrade to a double sheer bracket? or should I do it all at once and save myself the time?

Do it all at once, save the time and money over buying 2 trackbars

Thanks that was my main question. I didn't know if the same track bar could be used with the bracket.. What exactly is the advantage of the double sheer? or for that matter what does double sheer even mean?? Sorry im pretty new to all of this.

The double sheer trac bar has no ball joint on the frame side. Its mounted just like the axle side. You will also get a beeffier mount. Why a double sheer? It does not limit flex like the ball joint. The ball joint can only go so far. Plus its easier to remove if you need to adjust.

How hard is installation? Or should I take it to a shop? Seems worth the extra 65 bucks..
