Rough Country or Rubicon Express 3" lift kit has better ride?
I have the RC 4.5" X-series kit and the front is great, the rear leafs are stiff. If shackle re locators don't help, I'll be switching the leaf packs out for IRO's. They're fine for road use, but my rig is off road 90% of the time.

Look at the extra lift as an excuse to armor up. I ordered the 3.5" superflex with the full knowledge you get upwards of 4.5". That's why I'm tossing on a front winch bumper, rear bumper/tire carrier and a winch.

The easiest way is to get some relocation brackets. They're drilled out to accept up to 4 mounting positions for the shackle so you can get your angle just right.

On my XJ there is a U-haul or something hitch mounted, and they didn't get a nut strip for the frame. They dropped bolts in the frame and nuts are on the bottom. I wonder how hard it is going to get the hitch off to mount a shackle relocation bracket.
been runnin a rc series 2 lift and ride isn't that bad in the front but their full leaf packs can run a little stiff at first until they settle but overall its a jeep and jeeps are gonna ride like a jeep (they're clunkers but they go

I have rc up front on springs and shocks. Full RE leaf springs in the back. . .needless to say piecing it together is no good. Getting blisteins to get a better ride in the front. . . but I love the re full leaf packs
