most are all the same. They mount with clamps to the factory cross bars or some mount to the gutter rails. The clamps version to the factory bars are usually cheaper because they cant hold as much weight.

Kargo master has their 40" X 50" inch roof rack on clearance for $170 plus $30 basic mount or $50 For a rain gutter mount. They have their larger Bushman on sale for $329 plus mounts. quadratec, 4x4 parts etc have them. I got the smaller one and put it together yesterday but do not have it on the XJ yet.
